As COO and joint founder, David has helped clients achieve a deeper understanding of their business. He specialises in designing and specifying research to realise client objectives and in communicating insight at the highest level. His innovative approach and technical understanding has resulted in the creation of new metrics which are now widely established. David contributed to the design of the 2002 and 2010 BARB systems and has been especially active in the debate on how to measure and report media consumption in the connected world.
